The Third and Fourth Grade Play

On February 15th, the third and fourth graders showed off their musical theater talents in their performance of “The Castaways”, a musical drama by Michael and Jill Gallina. Their energetic rendition included singing, dancing, and acting as they chronicled the plight of homeless immigrants in turn of the century New York City.
Since finishing the show, the students have begun working on a follow-up project to benefit the homeless.
