The annual KCS student-faculty basketball game held on March 14 in the KCS gym, ended with a score of 46-45. The teachers took the victory thanks to a few snow days and late openings that gave them a chance to practice. Both teams played a terrific game.

KCS principal, Ron Viafore, coached the teacher’s team. Bruce Adams, 7th and 8th grade social studies teacher, was the high scorer.

It was an evenly matched game with only one point difference. Mark Scozzafava, 7th and 8th grade math teacher, was the second lead scorer with ten points. Evan and Ben tied for second lead scorer for the students with six points each.

The faculty game is a great way to end the eighth graders’ basketball season at KCS. It is fun and entertaining.
Nineteen of the teachers participated in the game.
