21    Set up a track around your yard.  Go around the track

skipping, hopping,     running.  How many laps can you do?

22    20 leg lifts with each leg while lying on your back (2 sets)

 

2 minutes of arm      circles (2 sets)

23    Crab walk around your house.  Now do it again backwards!  How long can you crab walk?

24    March all around your yard in crazy pathways.  Get a friend to follow you and then change   leaders.

25  30 seconds “V” sits (4 sets)

26   Stretch all of your muscles.  Hold each position and count to 30 for a good stretch.

27  Take a walk.  Stay outside for at least 1 hour!

28   20 lateral arm raises while holding soup cans (2 sets)

 

30 mountain climbers (2 sets)

29    Lay a rope or towel on the ground and jump back and forth over it.  How long can you go?  Now hop on one foot!

30   Make up your own game or sport    and teach your      family/friends how to play it!
